My Story
With a career spanning governance, risk, compliance, internal audit, ICT, telecommunications, and the gambling sector, I have built a unique perspective on both sides of the professional world — what organisations truly look for, and what professionals silently struggle with.
After years leading governance and compliance initiatives and assisting with talent and recruitment projects, I realised that most professionals are incredibly capable — they just need the right strategy, language, and confidence to match.
I founded a South African recruitment platform to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers. My coaching practice grew naturally from that mission — one conversation at a time.
Beyond the boardroom, I am also an author and mental health advocate. I believe your career should support both your success and your wellbeing.
